We do not accept returns for “changed my mind,” “no longer needed,” or “not satisfied” reasons. Please read the full policy before placing your order.

- A clear photo/video showing the issue
- Your order number

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund. No questions asked.
✅ What qualifies for a return?
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery only if:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- The item is not working as described
- You received the wrong item, color, or size
📌 Mandatory: To process your return, you must share:
- Your Order ID
- A brief explanation of the issue
- Photo or video proof clearly showing the problem

🕒 All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns raised without proper proof or outside this window will not be accepted.
❌ What does not qualify for return?
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind or loss of interest in the product
- Statements like “I didn’t like it” or “Not satisfied”
- Price comparisons after purchase
- Minor packaging damage that doesn't affect the product
- Items that are opened, used, or not in their original condition
📦 Return Requirements:
Once your return request is approved, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
- All original packaging, accessories, and labels must be included
- Our team will arrange a pickup within 3 working days (where serviceable)
If pickup service is not available in your area, you will be required to self-ship the item within 3 calendar days of approval.

Failure to meet these conditions may result in the cancellation of your return and render you ineligible for a refund.
💳 Refund Timeline:
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- This typically takes 5–10 business days
Please note:
- Shipping charges, COD fees, and payment gateway charges are non-refundable
- If the returned product fails inspection (used, damaged, or incomplete), the refund will be declined, and the product will not be returned
🛑 Non-Returnable Items:
The following cannot be returned:
- Personalized or customized products
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”
- Any product that shows signs of use, tampering, or damage after delivery
