At Picksie.in, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our hassle-free return and refund policy has you covered.

Here’s how it works: 

• 7-Day Return Window: Not satisfied? You can return your product within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
   
• How to Return:

1. 1. Contact us at support@picksie.in with your order number and reason for return.  
   2. We’ll provide a return shipping address or arrange a pickup (where available).  
   3. Pack the item securely and ship it back within 3 days of approval.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Expect the amount to reflect in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.  
  
  
• Non-Returnable Items: Personalized products, perishable goods, or items marked “final sale” are not eligible for return.  
  
  
• Damaged or Wrong Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll replace it or refund you—no questions asked.
